I Less Than Three Kale Chips!

Vegfest

SO much so, I got a t-shirt. I felt a little bit like I was buying a concert t-shirt. Well, I made hubby buy it. He was closer to the table at Vegfest where they were selling them & I was watching wee ones play with the Vegetable Circus.

Vegfest? Did you go? NO? You missed it? You better not have! ;) Well if you did, you can see below all the coolness that you missed.

This is my families' second time going & I found out it's only the second one they have had. So glad to know I've made it to all of them. We will be there next year too! We had a great time. I hope we bring a sitter next time tho. It would be nice to sit & hear the speakers. Sorry I missed out on that. All in all it was a wonderful time! My kids especially had a wonderful time. They really enjoy meeting & seeing other veg kids their age or other ages. It's important for them & for them to stay vegan & wanna stay vegan. Going to public school was a traumatic experience for my son. I won't get into it, but they didn't care about our lifestyle or decisions. So he likes meeting new people who are vegkids & seeing others who know what a Green Smoothie is. ;) It helps, it really does. He's all on the vegan bandwagon & excited about it again. *Not that he fell off, he just needs a reminder that we're not the only ones & it's good to be healthy!

Veg out!

XOXO Heather :)

  1. Cool video!

I love the opportunity the Worcester VegFest affords us to try new foods and learn which local restaurants are vegan friendly.
